TCP Proxy

Hi, i'm using Mercury Emulator and RevCMS, i set the tcp proxy for the port and ip of my vps.. but when i enter on the client blocked at 87%.
I set the port and ip on my client.php of the proxy and on the proxy panel i set port and ip of my vps ( of mercury emu )
Sorry for bad english, i'm italian.
