This looks fake for the great reason that every time he "spawned" an item he moves the screen's view over to somewhere where we can't even see what's going on. A simple blur or something whilst showing a slight preview would make this look a bit more legitimate.

Also.. Looks like he just bought a rare whilst hiding his screen..
