Tanji Exploit Plus emu?

Hello so i've been trying to fix this Tanji Exploit thing for a while. I tested a code that i guy gave me at this forum but it didn't work. I believe that it's something wrong with the packets? Because this has been going on for like 2 months on my retro and it's becoming a annoying thing, so can please someone help me with this? Thanks!!

Quite a lot of methods on how to do this so you'll have to find what method they are using.
