What I'm trying to do is target a selection of people and send a message to them (like a HA), the only problem i'm having is, how do I select only some people? However I could do a SQL query and return all records WHERE hc=1.
I looked into doing it with the QueueBroadcastMessage as I noticed it has a target parameter which is meant for "fuse_mod" and things like that, however I couldn't find it anywhere.
So I'm wondering what the best way to go about this command is?
