You may not get those SWF's only if you use R63B, witch i doubt you do.
you get the latest clothing by having the latest r63 swfs,witch can be found here in the habbo section.

That's strange, I downloaded the latest SWF's and they didn't even have most of the new clothing, I'll give it another go
