SWFs? Wtf?

The client loads, you can enter rooms, you can chat you can PM people but you cant change clothes, dance or anything, none of the pictures or anything show up, could it be the SWFs?? orrr... I am confused, if you know how to fix this please reply! I am using PhoenixEmu and RevCMS, it is licenced my Co-Owner bought one.
