Hey, since we all hear about this sulake proof is there really any proof, it could be someone trying to trick us.
Was they any letter sent or any retro shut down because of this yet?

Why give up? If your hotel is hosted on an offshore hosting and you do not use Phoenix License then let your hotel run. Actually, no one knows what Sulake Finland is planning and what are they going to do with their Phoenix License and their registered accounts on the top 5 hotels on TheHabbos.

Just wish no one gets sued if ever they really do start taking actions against Habbo Retros. Goodluck.
