[Suggestion] Creator allowed to Close Thread.

I know this is a old subject that has been touched on a bit, but I am deciding to bring it back.

Users should be able to delete their own threads, it annoys me how people reply to solved dusty threads.
It is also convenient for staff members, as they won't drown in requests for threads being taken down.
I know it may be hard for the administrator, but it is easier in the long run.

I think it's better if staff can close teh threads because what if someones selling drugs here and they end up selling it but delete the thread, wheres the proof they are drug dealers

I don't think that is a very realistic situation, but, could happen.

I understand it may be a struggle for you, but it could be helpful to many users. Not calling you lazy, of course.
