Suggest a Emu+CMS

Any suggestions for Emulators and a CMS?

I'd go for Phoenix, but at the moment don't really want to pay for it, so looking for good Emu's that are free and possibly open source so modifications can be made.

On top of that, looking for a good CMS that would be compatible with aforesaid emu.

Thanks guys, I'll look into them all, see which best suits my needs. I may end up with just sticking with phoenix since I'm more familiar with it, but I dunno, I'll decide once I test them all.

I highly suggest using Phoenix or HabboLatino.
