Stuck on IIS7 page (the blue one with all the languages around it)

Everything is updated on the config etc, am I missing something?

Did you upload content on wwwroot folder? etc..

Yes.. changed the config so it's all connected to the VPS IP, I don't know what else to do.

did you remove the 3 files in the wwwroot folder and uploaded your own

Yes I extracted the CMS page to it.

Managed to fix it, but now I have this -
HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden
The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory.

Did you URL Write the .htaccess to the web.config?
