When I go in to create a job rank under one of my job corps.
Let's say: HRP Lawyers Building,
Under my HRP Lawyers Building Job Corp
I add a job rank called 'Lawyer'.
Once its added i go to the classifieds page under the business tab on my rp site.
I look at it, and its under public not state owned.
I want an option to select state owned or public when creating a job rank. so I won't have to go in phpMyAdmin to change the value..[/align]

You will need to go on PHPMYADMIN.
