Staff Catalogue Problem

Hi DevBest, another help/support request tonight..

I was wondering if anyone is familiar with client problems, basically, what's happening is; I am basically trying to allow my; co owners and administrators have access to staff catalogue, myself and my friend who own the hotel already have the catalogue. I have done- :update_permission, :update_catalogue, :update_filter, :update_settings and it still just doesn't work. If anyone knows how to resolve this then; please, I'd love to know.

Like said to your friend, reload the emulator, if that doesn't work then there's something else you may have to do too.

, looks as if there maybe something wrong here, are there any other ways to go through or avoid this problem?

You have to set every single page that's in the administrator catalogue to their min_ranks, hope you know that. Not just setting the main page. So that means going manual to all the sub pages and setting them to the rank.
