Request Staff Badge

Hey all!
I know this is much asked thing and i could do this basically myself too but I think myself making this badge it would turn out gross

So what I want is a Staff Badge for my upcoming RoseRP hotel. The badge should have word "Staff" in it and have habbo red rose as the image with some kinda pretty round border around it wreath or something like that. Color scheme should be red and green. The word "Staff" could be in red banner with golden text

Whip me up a Staff Badge similar to this if you can, with a "wave" from the beach. I'm re-opening my hotel from 2014 called 'Habwave'.
