Don't mean to be rude but it if you don't know simple PHP you shouldn't really try to open a hotel, although you have my skype if you run into any problems i'll try my best to find time to help you out, good luck finding someone anyways!

You'll probably need to give some more details if you want good applicants. What kind of tasks do you want the staff member to execute? What stage of development is the hotel currently on? Does it have the required resources ie. Dedi/VPS & Domain Name?
