PC Soartex Fanver Texture Pack [HELP]

Hey,
I want to use the Soartex Fanver texture pack for Minecraft, but I need some help with it.

The grass blocks seem to be on fire, can somebody please help me fix this problem?

Some Devbest Users told me to use MC patcher/magic launcher, but I don't know how. Can someone also please tell me how to fix this problem using these?

You need to use a HD Patcher (

You can download a tool called MultiMC which makes it super easy to install mods, and you can have seperate instances of Minecraft with different mods and different versions. If you google MultiMC you can download it, you make a new instance and then open it once to download files. Close the instance and right click. Select edit mods. Download optifine and press Add in the JAR MODS section. Add optifine and open minecraft. You should be able to use HD texture packs!

Do I just run the patcher and the grass will be fixed or something?
