Site wont load on VPS IP

I'm not sure if it belongs here, but I've just installed xampp for my r63b hotel and I can connect to my site through localhost/ however, on my computer when I try to get to the site through it's IP Address/domain it's unavailable, is there something I need to do to make the site for people outside of the VPS?

I'm operating on Windows 2008 R2.
