Site not working (like housekeeping etc.)

So it seems that my website only loads up the index pages. I've come across why, but i don't know how to fix it. It seems that whenever the site is linking to another page for example to:

You must be registered for see links

it links to

You must be registered for see links

and so the page cannot be found. Is there any way how i can fix this? I'm using the standard PHPRetro.

You probably need to enable mod rewrite if you are using Apache.
If you are using IIS, then you need to create a web.config file with all the things

How do i enable this function? (mod rewrite)

RewriteEngine is already on 'On'
