its okay i guess here are some tips though

1. Stay away from bootstrap
2. use designs and colors from blabbershotel.com
3. Don't be afraid to add java-script. IK it slows down a website IF used wrongly but it can make your designs Alive

It makes your website look unorganised and inconsistent, you have an old school Habbo theme as your main directory layout, then a Bootstrap theme for a maintenance page
