So, I thought why not just create my own! This took me about 10 minutes, and if the coding is messy I'm sorry!

It isn't. That's the actual maintenance page. The entire page. You are more than welcome to provide an alternative screenshot though seeing as how I provided you with one and you were unsatisfied. Take the feedback and criticism the way you wish.
