Silverwave Emulater Error

Hello,
I got this error when is start the silverware emulator.
What's the problem? I have restall the server for 5 times...

Go to 82 in the ItemManager.cs and copy that line and the lines around it then paste it here.
But it's a value in the database which is invalid likely in item_base table or furniture (not sure what it uses xD)
