Shoutbox?

Ok, so I refreshed the page and the GCBOS dissapears, I asked someone on msn who said there's a new shoutbox but strangely I can only see it when I'm logged out. I've tried logging out and in, flushing my cache.. Does anyone else have this problem?

With The Old One, It will not automatically refresh when someone else shouts. I then must say /me refresh or something for new shouts to show.
