Sever_status - users online keeps changing to 0

Hi, my server_status table is pretty messed up, the status is always on 0 and if I change it to 1 it goes back to 0, because of this the CMS isn't showing how many users are online... What can I do to make the status always on 1? I've tried making the default value 1 but it keeps changing..

I use swift emu fyi.

Reupload the database then start the emu a couple of times so it reads also you shouldn't be in that table or changing anything in there.

Isn't there another way cause i got a bunch of users on now..

Make another Database and run the SQL then delete the current server_status and replace it with the one in the new DB.
