Setup Commands for Ranks

Hi!

I've a little problem. In the R63 database you can easy set the commands for ranks.
But now I've R63B and I can find the settings in the database?

Where can I set the user permissions for the ranks?

Wasn't in the SWF but in the EMU(bcStorm) folder. Found it, thanks alot!

Sorry for my mistake. Where it says -2 it means the command is available for all users, just to let you know.
