Server Problem [Oldskool]

Hiya, i've got a problem with my servers. When I start the server, it says: Component 'mswinsck.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registred: a file is missing or invalid. When I start an other server, i've got the same problem. How can I fix it, cuz i want to start my own Oldskool RP hotel, with HabluxRP. Here is a picture of my problem:

Try Running As Admin When Opening, rightclick Then Run As Administrator.

search on google; mswinet.ocx or whatever the error is, and type 'download' after it, download the one that is suitable for your computer.
