Hello, Devbest! The name of the thread pretty much summarizes what I am in need for. Basically, I am on the hunt for some reliable developers for a project that I am planning on launching. I am in the search for a developer who are fluent in the following coding languages below:

C# (Emulator Development)
Java (Emulator Development)
PHP (CMS Development)

I am looking for someone who can code from scratch and/or upgrade a CMS or Emulator for its current base to stability.
