I want to have those colored background Blocks in my catalogue to give Builders the best experiences to build.

What release are you using? Emulator? Catalogue? These usually exist in 99% of releases these days under "Builders Club" then clicking "Large" I believe.

Those are custom builders club blocks, you can easily just rip them from the hotel you're on.

The furniture you’re looking for is custom therefore you’d need to rip it or look for a release. I’ve personally never seen it before.
