Personal Experience:

• Sent him about $70 USD for VPN & CloudFlare Premium
• Did not receive proof of invoice
• Initially told that other resources would be paid for with his own money
• Later, asked me for more money due to personal financial issues even though he made it seem he didn't have any financial issues prior to sending him money

In Conclusion:

• Does not have a retro in the works or setup
• Heard he's selling a retro from friends, yet he is trying to make a new one. Probably making people pay their own money without using any of his, then selling the retro for more money.

Don't get scammed like me, avoid this person.
