I mean, maybe a month of playing continously, but even mathematically I'm pretty sure that doesn't pan out.
With 60-70 levels that take barely a day to get to you can make well over 400k xp per hour doing trash runs. Plus people can just carry you from an earlier level. Double XP makes this even more.

It’s possible playing 4-6 hours a day!

But you said "maxed" and 60-70 is 60-70% of the way there. Anyway, let's do some math:

I'm currently grinding cooking, which requires 13,034,431 experience to get to level 99 from Level 1. Assuming unlimited funds to immediately retrieve necessary items instead of grinding for them, even at an incredibly high assumed average XP Rate per hour of 200k (because 400k isn't possible until about level 65 with this skill) it would take you ~65 hours just to bring up your cooking skill, let alone the 26 others.

Also something worth noting is that is still not maxed out, the difference in XP required to go from lvl99 to lvl120 is 104,273,167 experience points and this same metric is true for any of the other skills, and assuming a bonus XP / double XP rate of 2x simply halves the time estimated, even still that is ~32 hours per skill (getting to lvl99) assuming all things equal anyway, then we can go on to multiply that by the amount of skills there are to work on... 864 hours, which even with your eyes glued open and an IV drip of Adrenaline you physically couldn't do that in a single month. Even with all my assumptions making things quicker, easier, and faster.

Level 60-70 is nowhere near 60-70% of the way there. You're not even halfway until level 92 haha. You start to hit 1M xp at levels 70 or so.

Doing combat ED3 trash runs is well over 300K xp per hour, during double XP this can be 400-500K xp per hour, easily can be maxed combat (maybe not prayer or summoning) during 4-6 weeks if you play enough of the trash runs (level 99 obv, 120 is virtual, it doesn't even exist).

Nothing you said refutes my point?
The first thing you said actually reinforces my sentiment, and the second thing you said proves my point even further as my math assumes nearly 800k XP/hr assuming Double XP is enabled the entire length of gameplay. Mathematically, it does not work out.

A few months then? My point being it’s super easy to get 99 in combat skills these days.

I’ve been playing 6 days and 10 hours and I’m 99 in all combat skills (not prayer or summoning) and I bet half of that time is me pissing around in the duel arena, so god knows how quick I did it!

I bought one of each. I expect the GSH to drop in value since it’s going to be rereleased yearly. But I expect the Gph to go up in value due to it being discontinued.
