RP Tutorial Struggle

Hi I'm following this RP tutorial: I've gotten to the part where I need to check to see if it works in localhost however every time I check localhost it comes up with:​
You must be registered for see images attach

You must be registered for see images attach

You say you're trying it in localhost, so do you own the domain 'testrp.pw'?...

If not, try changing the URL.

(Just saw your edit - MySQL password seems incorrect.)

I just inputted the correct password but I'm still getting the same result. Would I be better off starting again from scratch?

I restarted everything and got to the same point but now the error I'm getting is:
You must be registered for see images attach

Handler "PHP_via_FastCGI" has a bad module "FastCgiModule" in its module list

Pretty sure this error is the issue - have a Google, should be fairly simple to fix!

Sorry to bother again, I managed to solve every other issue I had I just wanted to ask if I have to own the domain I'm going to use even to test this locally? I keep getting the "This site can't be reached" page.

Nope, you can just navigate to - but I believe you need to set this as the URL in your config instead of ' '
