You can, if you don't know much it'd just been easier following the iis tutorial

you can use either one u want. you can just setup xampp then skip the iis part of the tutorial

I use to run my own RP in 2011 but it's been sometime I guess I will look through some stuff to see where I am getting the errors.

Most likely an issue on the PHP version. Should be PHP 5.x

delete everything in your htdocs (besides your swfs) and extract your cms to the htdocs using winrar. not the beta folder itself but extract the files that are in it

Most xampp people get that error might be to do with the php version, not sure, just do it using iis if you have spare time

to bad i cant get it to work. CMS everything works, followed your tut to the point, but somehow something doesn't work as it supposed to be.

1) How do i remove the annoying voting
2) Client stilll doesn't work. Even tho i did the fix on your spoiler.

1. i could help if i knew where the voting was located. is it on the client, index, /me page?

2.whats wrong with the client? black screen, white screen, 76%?

1) Delete forcevote.php or remove it from the top of pages
2) Make sure you've done: main.ini, client.php and external_variables. Also make sure you have the emu on haha
Also if you did all that like Kak said whats wrong with the client

the force vote is neither to be found i did a whole search on wwwroot and the tutorial does work as i tryed it and got it running the only way to find the forcevote is by looking at each of the pages manually unless anyone else know where it is
 
found it the voting thing got to wwwroot>app>tpl>skins>Habbo>Includes>Header.php and look at line 275 it shows the voting link just remnove that save it and refresh
