Room name in Cyrillic (RUS)

I have a Russian font inserted in my Habbo swf file.Which displays Russian letters in the chat and in the client itself.Russian, but when I create a room with a Russian name, umenya writes "???? - instead of the room name in Russian. How can I fix this?I will be very grateful to you

already in the database changed the encoding to Utf-8 encoding did not help
