Room entering connection dropped for some users

Hey there i keep getting the connection dropped error in the emu, it doesnt let myself and loads of other users online, it loads upto the hotel screen but then disconnects, but it lets some other users stay on the hotel?

any ideas?

(it happens when entering a room) it only happens for some users and i have registered a new user... it doesnt happen to the new user
