The top part goes over some text, its looks really empty, and idk I like the idea of this design, but I think you could really improve it. I hope you decide to go for a second attempt on this, it'd be really good if improved upon.

This is fairly basic and the fixed header is nothing special. I have also seen you didn't create this somewhat 'theme' Habbo yet again did;
