i have a index page and there is someone elses logo on it and the code is currently <div class="logo"></div>

what do i do to get my logo on there

Replace logo.png in priv and mango folder with your own logo (must be png). Then, you need to replace logo.png in habbo folder if you use that, then replace habbologo_whiteR (gif) and habbologo_blackR (gif) with your own logo (must be gif).
After you done that, your new logo should pop up on CMS.
