[RevCMS] Last_ip error [IIS]

Hello guys I just got done setting up my vps and when some(Or I think all) enter the client they get this error:

I try different codes to enter on my client (Mysql) Like;

mysql_query("UPDATE users SET ip_last = '". $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] ."' WHERE id = '". $_SESSION['user']['id'] ."'");

Any help please?
Also, I don't get disconnect when I enter the client. I am not using a cracked Phoenix.
