Your Using IIS - Download HeliconApe because that problem is caused by IIS not reading the htaccess file.

For your information, there is:
A search bar on every forum!
There's LOADS of search engines out there, such as Google, Ask, Bing.

Trust me I had the same problem and I just downloaded HeliconApe and the problem went , don't call me a noob atleast im trying to help the guy disrespecting him won't do anything so So press Shift 18 Billion Times and maybe you'll get your life you sad dick!
