the amount of people who are quick to judge and say "it's horrific" or "terrible" is pretty stupid.
If you're going to say something, make it constructive? How do you expect him to improve without some advice?

Anyways, as it's already been pointed out, the colors are too great. However, try researching color schemes and using a combination of 'better' colors and maybe attempt to change the design a little next time?

Personally, I don't like it. The colors don't match, there are alot of weird coding on the pages that give weird looks. But good try.
