RevCMS - Habbo Theme - ASE not posting news?

Hello, I have a little problem with my ASE not being able to post news? I have to manually add them in from the database.
I am able to enter the news posting area,

You must be registered for see links

but as soon as I press "Proceed (Use Image)" It directs to this

You must be registered for see links

I have no clue as to why this is working, because it has worked before. I might be doing something wrong, can anyone help?

there are 3 columns you need to publish an article.

if using navicat look for cms_news right click and design the table and add the columns above

I added those three into my cms_news and when I go to post from my ASE still doesnt create an article.
 
I got it to work, I just took cms_news from another database that had the correct columns and now its working thanks for the help!
