RevCMS error

Okay, I used Vineen's tutorial. Cause I am used to Xampp not IIS. But, I set it up all right. And now I get this error on localhost
It says "Server Error"? I cannot take a screenie b/c I am on my shit pc. But, it is like the google chrome error page. And says Server Error?

Make sure:

• your database has the essential tables
• config.php configured well
• all the 5 services for IIS are running

You can check out which services are running by checking out the IIS role and see whether 2 services stopped. If so, restart all the 5 services.
