RevCMS Error Loading 'localhost'

[Excuse]

Hey, Joe here again...
I am encountering a problem when trying to connect to 'localhost'.
I understand that it is the connection between mysql and my database.
I am new to all of this so any ideas on how to fix it?.. I have edited my configs.. they seem correct to me but here is a screeny of the error..

Check over again, Database is correct etc not just db
Say your database name is phoenix
It would be phoenix in your config too
