RevCMS Client Help

So My friend just got me RevCMS for me and When I click enter hotel, the loader comes up, and then it finishes, and screen is just plain back...? Someone please help. xo

Are the external variable's linked up correctly? There may be an error somewhere in config.php. Double check!
