REV CMS HELP NEEDED

Hello Dev, I have a simple problem that I need help with. I'm using Rev CMS Habbo theme and I wanted to change the header image I made it black but it had blue around the box. I removed the images folder and it was still there. I also was messing with the CSS and I wasn't able to fix it, i'm willing to try any suggestions.
