I don't know what you mean by drop? Here's the new banner and logo also.
The logo has a 2px white stroke (75% opacity) with a customized drop shadow (26% opacity)

• You only asked for a small amount of text
• Banners with little detail and text look far much better, IMO.

That drop shadow looks really bad on logo's, especially when they're mounted on the CMS header. Just thought I'd save you a bit there.

Also, if you need any GFX doing then I'll be happy to help you out depending on what it is.
