Recruiting Retro setup

I am looking for someone to help me setup a retro site, and to support me with a few bugs starting up. Of course you will be paid for you're time.

Before I get alot of hate for this post, I used to own retros years ago, but I see alot has changed, I need help setting it up so I can learn by myself after setup, editing it and practice my coding skills.

How're you still searching for support, when you've gotten somebody who claims to know every little detail about setting a Retro up?

Because the user decided to setup plus emu with rev, but theres loads of bugs and Exploit's, which he didn't know how to fix
