Retro Banner URL?

I want to upload the banner I just made for my new habbo retro, but everything I try doesn't work, what does it mean by an Image URL;S

Upload the banner to a sharing site like tinypic.com or put it /banner.png on your hotel?

I tried that, but when I tried to upload it said it worked, but never changed, I'm confused, and then when I click 'edit' again to see if its done it and stayed there, it goes to what it was on default.

*Edit* Nevermind just got it working, thanks man!
