I've learned a lot since I started retros in November.
From using paint for habbo furni, coding SWF's. Coding Furni SQL's. Adding to retro. Nearly mastering the rev/phx database. Advanced HTML, CSS, PHP. MineCraft, MineCraft servers.

Now I want to learn how to "split up" a dedicated server to resell as VPS's.
Where do I begin? How can I learn this? I come to DevBest first since I know that plenty of you know and could possibly tell me where to start learning.

You need to have virtualization software like XEN, Hyper-V, ... This will 'split up' Your Dedicated Server in little pieces called VPS .

What's the best software? Where can I get it? How much does it go for?

You can get a Xen Server os, or run vmware on windows.
