If you're going design themes I don't think written requests will work, will they?

Why not ask for like paint designed images or gimp or photoshop saves you time.

And if you could also make the news appear where the 3 images on the page appears... then if you could also make at least 20+ teasers for them. And housekeeping with the same style.

I'm sorry what do you mean by teasers for the news?
Also what about the register & login page I don't know what to base it on.
