[Request] Unfinished CMS i could heavily edit? [Request]

Title says it all, i would like to have a basic cms i can heavily edit, all the php and html etc myself, the hotel wont be public, i just wanna learn more and get more noob friendly cms than revcms or uber to edit , i will change all the html pages to my aura skin so their look doesn't matter.

to me ubercms is the hard one i prefer rev but pm me we could maybe work something out
