[REQUEST] Right (or left) side bar on forumhome vBulletin

I am looking for the mod that allows you to have a side bar on the left like this forum has. (New Post ect.) If you would be kind enough to put it on here I will be sooo happy!

I believe thats the theme installed

It comes by default with vBulletin 4.
