He can, He needs someone who can help him with Arc not Plus,
Usually people contact the person who is the developer of the project as they know best about their own project.
Why not direct him to Arcturus Developer instead of wasting other peoples time.

Maybe there is someone else who specializes with Arcturus if Craig wanted to help he most likely would've replied to this post.
